About our Bell Residences apartments
What is included in the price?top
Corporate Keys Bell Residences studio apartment rental rates include:
- A fully furnished studio apartment including home-wares and linen;
- Utility connections and ongoing usage charges;
- Telephone connection, line rental (calls are chargeable);
- Cable TV (Foxtel);
- Weekly housekeeping service;
- Off street car parking;
- Free daily shuttle bus to the CBD;
- 24 hour reception and 7 day concierge service.
What is included in our Bell Residences apartment?top
All apartments are fully furnished with Luxury Serene Sleep queen size beds, sofa, dining table desk, bedside tables with lamps, alarm clock radio (iPod compatible) and LCD TVs. All linen is provided and all apartments have reverse cycle heating and air-conditioning. The kitchenette is self-contained and includes at a minimum; 2 stove top elements, microwave, fridge, sink, cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils. Laundry facilities are available adjacent to the common areas.
What is the difference between a Manhattan Superior and a Manhattan Deluxe apartment?top
The only difference between these two apartment styles is in the kitchenette appliances.
- The Manhattan Deluxe has 4 stove top elements, a fridge with separate freezer, a microwave, small oven and a dishwasher.
- The Manhattan Superior has a simplified kitchen with 2 stove top elements and a bar fridge. The microwave doubles as a grill but the kitchenette has no oven or dishwasher.
What is the minimum length of stay in your Bell Residences apartments?top
Corporate Keys executive apartments have a minimum stay of 5 weeks.
What happens if I book for 5 weeks and then want to stay for 6 months?top
Bell Residences weekly rental rates are based on length of stay. You are welcome to extend your stay by completing a new Licence Agreement with Corporate Keys and securing a lower rate for the extended period of your stay.
How many people does each Bell Residences apartment sleep?top
- One bed apartment - max of 2 persons
- Two bed apartment - max of 4 persons
Please note that these are studio apartments. A two bed apartment denotes two beds not two separate bedrooms.

What recreational facilities are provided?top
Entertainment and recreational facilities are available to all Bell Residences Guests. These include;
- Fully equipped gymnasium
- Outdoor swimming pool
- Sauna
- Chill restaurant and bar
- Sports bar
- Pantry café and convenience store
- Lounge and recreational room with billiard table
- Basketball court
- Personal trainer and massage available on site
- BBQ facilities
Bell Residences also host regular social events including wine tastings, dinners, bus tours, golf days and more.
How does the housekeeping work?top
A weekly cleaning service is included in the agreed rental rate. The weekly clean includes a linen and towel refresh and general clean.
Do your Bell Residences apartments have cable television?top
Foxtel cable television is available in all Bell Residences apartments.
Do your Bell Residences apartments have broadband internet?top
Bell Residences offer a wireless internet service. Usage charges apply.
Check In/Out Information
How do I check in to my Melbourne apartment?top
Check in time is after 2.00pm on your date of arrival. Present your Reservation Confirmation to the Bell Residences reception desk for a smooth check in.
What is the check out time?top
Check-out of your Bell Residences apartment is by 11am on the day of departure.

How do I make a reservation?top
To book any of our fully furnished apartments in Melbourne you can either:

Is a deposit required?top
A $1000 security deposit is payable to secure any of our Bell Residences studio apartments. This deposit, less a $100 exit clean fee, is refundable at the end of your stay.
When do you require payment?top
Payment of security deposit and the first 28 nights rent is required to secure a Bell Residences apartment. Full payment must be received prior to checking into any of our furnished apartments.
What forms of payment do you accept?top
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars. Payment can be made by EFT or using major credit cards. Bell Residences credit card payments will incur a transaction fee of 1.5% of the transaction total for Visa, BankCard and MasterCard and 3.5% of the transaction total for Diners and American Express. Cash can only be accepted when paid in person at the Corporate Keys offices in Port Melbourne (not the Bell Residences), during normal business hours. Consolidated invoicing for large project teams is available.
Are there any other charges?top
There is an ‘Exit Clean’ charge of $100 for all Bell Residences apartments in Melbourne.
There are charges for any additional services you may request such as internet, dry cleaning service, laundry facilities, room service and use of restaurant and bar facilities. Telephone line rental and connection is included but telephone calls are chargeable.
How do I get from Bell Residences to the CBD?top
Bell Residences are conveniently located 20 minutes from the city, a few minutes walk to both tram and train services. Bell Residences also provide a free daily shuttle service to and from the CBD and remember onsite car parking is free.
How much notice do I need to give to vacate?top
Seven days notice to vacate is required.
Are pets welcome?top
Unfortunately pets are not allowed in any of our furnished apartments in Melbourne.
