Customer required over 25 apartments in Port Melbourne

One of Australia’s leading distribution companies came to Corporate Keys in need of more than 25 apartments for a period of 3 months. Corporate Keys was responsible for the sourcing of all apartments in Port Melbourne and along St Kilda Road, Melbourne. Although less than 5% of our current apartments were available in the area, we were able to quickly source and prepare each apartment with little notice being given about arrivals. The agreement involved Corporate Keys being responsible for checking in each individual project member at a time that suited their work schedule. Corporate Keys was able to provide a accurate estimate of the cost of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments in the required areas and easily met this requirement with all apartments sourced and allocated to the project being below the budgeted amount.

Relocation of head office to Melbourne

A multinational corporation approached Corporate Keys after they had been frustrated and annoyed by the lack of attention to detail and huge response times to maintenance requests of other accommodation providers. Corporate Keys was awarded the responsibility for the relocation of all international staff members to their new head office in Melbourne. We were given a list of incoming staff 6 months ahead of time and were responsible for coordinating relocation accommodation whilst meeting strict budget restraints.

Over 100 staff accommodated

A major global corporation required accommodation for over 150 people on a 2 months rotating basis, each person with a budget of less than $500 per week. As our pricing is per apartment, not per person, we sourced and furnished multiple 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments in one building, with two people sharing each apartment. We met every every incoming guest and inducted them into their apartment, facilities and surrounding area. Subsequently we introduced our 9 room Corporate Guest Houses, which enable us to reduce project costs even further and accommodation entire project teams closely together.

Tender projects

With the increasing amount of infrastructure and service tenders currently in Melbourne, Corporate Keys is specialising in taking care of all international and interstate project team members. Project are benefiting from savings of up to 50% on accommodation costs whilst their project members enjoy luxury residential apartments that are typically 50% larger than hotel rooms. Corporate Keys will also provide the accommodation for the Project Implementation teams of the successful bidders. Corporate Keys currently is able to source apartments meeting the exact requirements of clients including apartments specifics, locations and budgets.
