- Entry instructions and information on how to claim your referral voucher forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating in this promotion you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Booking agents working with Corporate Keys under a Master Licence Agreement are ineligible as are the Promoters employees and their immediate families.
- Promotion commences on 29/12/2010 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on 31/12/2011. "Promotion Period"
- How to Participate
- The Friend you are referring must provide your full name, company name (if applicable), email and telephone contact details at the time of booking.
- Once the booking is confirmed and a Corporate Keys Licence to Occupy is issued no claim may be submitted retrospectively for the Refer a Friend promotion.
- To be eligible for the referral voucher the referred friend must book, pay and stay for a minimum 28 night stay with Corporate Keys.
- One gift voucher to the value of $100 is provided for each confirmed and paid 28 night stay in a corporate apartment by a different person with Corporate Keys. A gift voucher to the value of $30 is provided for each confirmed and paid minimum 5 week stay in a Bell Residences studio apartment .
- There is no limit to the amount of Refer a Friend vouchers you can receive within the promotional period.
- How to Claim Your Gift Voucher
- Corporate Keys will contact you on the confirmation of the booking. Once full payment has been made for a minimum 28 night stay Corporate Keys will email you to confirm a postal address for forwarding the gift voucher to.
- In the event of that the currently advertised gift voucher is unavailable the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another gift voucher of the same value. This substitute voucher is at the sole discretion of the promoter. Except with the written consent of the Promoter, vouchers are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter has absolute discretion as to whether it will provide such consent and need not provide any reasons to any person for providing or withholding consent.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
- Corporate Keys Australia Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to promotional gift vouchers in transit. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to the promotional gift card winner. This clause does not affect, and is not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which are not able to be excluded under applicable Australian consumer protection laws.
- Corporate Keys reserves the right to modify gift voucher amounts, to add additional offers, cancel or modify this program and other Corporate Keys promotional programs at their discretion.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained by any entrant as a result of participating in this promotion, or accepting any promotional gift.
